At Open UP, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund or return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components, if applicable

  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@openup-ofc.com within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product to assist with the resolution process.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Products marked as final sale

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and must follow the standard return process.
